Human Dignity
|
In a world warped by materialism and declining respect for human life, the Catholic Church proclaims that human life is sacred and that the dignity of the person is the foundation of a moral vision for society. Our belief in the sanctity of human life and the inherent dignity of the human person is the foundation of all the principles of our social teaching. |

Adopt-a-Family Christmas Project. This project is for families and groups who wish to help parish and neighborhood families have a special Christmas. Groups purchase 2 gifts for each family member and supply Christmas dinner (or gift certificates). This is a fun project that takes place in November and early December.

Joe’s Reps collect toys for PRISM clients. Birthday Gifts for Mission Nursing Residents Mission Nursing Home, located in Plymouth, is a recovery house and nursing home for recovering alcoholics. Once a year, volunteers purchase a birthday gift for a nursing home resident. We will send you a resident’s name and his gift preference; all you need to do is purchase and wrap the gift and return to the church. We will deliver in time for the resident’s birthday. |
